I had saved up a deposit, but it would never get me the house I wanted in London. So I decided to throw that deposit into a small apartment in Nice and continue to rent the lovely place I had in London instead of buying.
People can't understand why you wouldn't do everything you can to own in London rather than rent, but I figured I was buying myself a whole new lifestyle.
