After a challenging fall in 2021, Suzanne Pardijs reimagined her home near Utrecht, focusing on merging her kitchen and living room to invite more light and space. Supported by her carpenter husband and an interior designer friend, they embarked on a journey to revitalizing their cramped quarters. This reinvention not only improved their home but also allowed Suzanne to pivot her design career towards domestic settings, while nurturing her new community of creatives—a narrative of resilience amid adversity and a quest for a brighter living environment.
