Singapore Airlines is set to overhaul its lounges in Changi Airport's Terminal 2, beginning renovations in April 2025 and aimed for completion by mid-2027. The $45 million project includes a significant increase of 50% in space, while enhancing the customer experience with live cooking demonstrations and new comfortable seating options. Upgrades include amenity-rich lounges featuring buffets, shower suites in the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, and promises of maintaining world-class hospitality aligned with the airline’s brand reputation.
"This significant investment underscores Singapore Airlines' unwavering commitment to elevating the end-to-end travel experience for our customers," Yeoh Phee Teik noted, emphasizing that the overhaul aims to maintain exceptional service standards.
