Key features include a spirited children's canteen and a zigzag ramp for accessibility. The design, with its reddish-brown façade inspired by the church tower, integrates harmoniously into the landscape. Positioned as a sustainable building, it meets the Klimahaus/CasaClima A standard and incorporates technologies like air-to-water heat pumps and a green roof with photovoltaic modules to promote environmental responsibility.
