"Located between the sea and a national park in Ke Ga, Vietnam, KeGa Villa is conceived as a climate-responsive weekend retreat organized around a central garden, where shared living spaces form the heart of the project while the family's privacy is carefully preserved."
KeGa Villa represents a climate-responsive architectural design located in Ke Ga, Vietnam, positioned between coastal and national park environments. The project spans 350 square meters and was completed in 2025. The design philosophy centers on a central garden that organizes the entire structure, creating a harmonious relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Shared living areas form the functional core of the residence, while the layout strategically preserves family privacy. The project incorporates materials and products from manufacturers including Bluescope, Dulux, Hafele, Maika, SECOIN, and Toto. Lead architects Charles Gallavardin and Tereza Gallavardin, along with 25 additional architects, developed this weekend retreat that responds to its unique environmental context.
