The JL Residence, completed in 2025, is situated on a corner lot with a gentle slope and expansive views in Braganca Paulista, Sao Paulo. The design consists of two independent volumes linked by a single metal structure. The architectural approach highlights structural lightness and transparency, fostering a strong connection with the surrounding vegetation and landscape. The project team includes Julia Bruckmann, Ana Paula Gomes, and others, with general construction by Epson Engenharia and landscape design by Andre Paoliello.
