Foster + Partners has designed a retail plaza on the northern bank of the Golden Horn in Istanbul, forming part of the Tersane master plan to revitalize 1.6 kilometers of waterfront. The project combines retail, residential, hospitality, and cultural buildings, enhancing shoreline access. The design features interconnected pavilions for high-end retail with adaptable storefronts. It includes a network of shaded pedestrian streets and offers elevated gathering spaces with views of the Golden Horn.
