Como Terraces Residence / Carr
Briefly

Como Terraces, situated above the Yarra River, features eight buildings designed to harmonize with the steep topography. Developed by Cbus Property and Sterling Global, the complex is reminiscent of 20th-century apartment styles, with human-centered stairways enhancing its accessibility. The arrangement of buildings maximizes views and light while offering communal spaces protected from urban disturbances. Designed in conjunction with T.C.L landscape architects, the site embraces native flora, creating a serene environment conducive to community engagement. The thoughtful placement of structures reflects both aesthetic sensibility and practical integration with the landscape.
Como Terraces is developed by Cbus Property and Sterling Global and appears as a collection of monolithic forms forged from the earth.
The resultant interstitial space establishes laneways and communal landscape courtyards, connected via paths and stairways that wind up the hill.
