It features four rental suites designed with secure parking and bike storage, integrating thoughtfully within the neighborhood's context. The design fosters social interaction through a semi-private courtyard and a seamless transition between public and private spaces. The building also considers Calgary's flood risk by elevating the main floor and using durable materials, while its orientation maximizes solar access and enhances the livability for residents.
