Characteristic elements such as interior joinery, ceiling mouldings, and original wooden plank floors are preserved as much as possible and remain defining features of the building."

The Brussels Dual Residence is a 347 m² townhouse completed in 2024 featuring three stories, an attic, a basement, and a rear extension with an intermediate level. The ground floor opens directly onto a walled garden, creating an immediate indoor-outdoor connection. Original interior joinery, decorative ceiling mouldings, and wooden plank floors were retained wherever possible and continue to define the character of the residence. The project incorporated products from multiple manufacturers including Sto, Schluter, AGC, Derbigum, Gyproc, Resitrix, Sapa Building System International NV, Skylux, URSA, Umicore, and Victorian Emporium.
