The project converts a 3.21-acre derelict shipyard in Teluk Intan, Perak into a sustainable headquarters and community hub for an oil palm plantation business. The refurbished building occupies approximately 3,385 m² and completed in 2025. Earthy red hues and abundant landscaping reference the palm plantation industry and reinforce a connection to the site’s industrial past. Lead architects are Ar. Kenny Chong and Ar.
