The new Prodis headquarters occupies former Vapor Cortes industrial buildings characterized by a perimeter structure of ceramic brick load-bearing walls. Pilasters and openings repeat every three meters, creating a regular structural rhythm across the façades. Long 12-meter spans are roofed with wooden trusses that mirror the pilaster rhythm; several trusses exhibit deterioration caused by roof leaks. The roof assembly consists of wooden straps and battens supporting Arabic tiles, following traditional construction methods. Project contributors include M7 Enginyers for installations, Carles Bou as quantity surveyor, and TERRITORIS XLM for design planning. Conservation work prioritizes structural repair while preserving original materials and spatial rhythm.
