No. 7 Ceramic Art Research Base aims to create a multifaceted artistic space that includes international youth communities, art workshops, city parks, and creative incubators for master artisans."

The No. 7 Ceramic Art Research Base sits in Shiwan on a 6,552 m² site and reached completion in 2024. The project capitalizes on a landscape shaped by Dawu and Xiaowu Hill, the Dongping River, and the Tanzhou Waterway to integrate natural and cultural systems. Program elements include international youth communities, art workshops, urban parks, and creative incubators for master artisans. The design intention is to bridge traditional ceramic heritage and contemporary artistic practices while fostering community, creativity, and environmental continuity. Lead architects include Gang Song, Zhiyuan Zhu, and Guanqiu Zhong under Siming Wu and Atelier cnS.
