The home strikes a balance between sculptural expression and functional living, uniting form with everyday usability. Lead designers include Smaran Mallesh, Vikram Rajashekar, and Narendra Pirgal, with the design team comprising Shameem Banu Zakir, Divya Manjunatha, Arif Khalil Mulla, Himani Chawda, Mahima Gandhi, and Ritu Naik. Landscape architecture is by 3 Fold Design. The approach prioritizes spatial openness, daylighting, visual green connections, and clarity of program within the city context.
