Doing Your Own Yoga Class Sequence Doesn't Make You Enlightened, it Makes You Distracting
Briefly

Disruptive behaviors during yoga classes can significantly impact the collective experience. The presence of a fellow participant practicing handstands changes the atmosphere and distracts others. The tranquility of a synchronized class is disrupted by personal displays of strength and rhythm, thus hindering participants' focus on their practice. The peace sought during yoga classes is compromised when individual performances overshadow communal harmony. Despite the distractions, moments of stillness and personal reflection remain possible, ultimately restoring focus and tranquility after class concludes.
Yoga class is a team effort—the breath connected, movement communal. If I miss a step, I look to my right or left for guidance, pleasantly pushed back into the yoga slipstream.
As you turn this sacred space into a personal CrossFit gym, my left eye twitches and my blood starts doing weird, bubbling things. This is not where I should be.
