Workplace bully and federal laws
Briefly

Working in a grocery store has become increasingly frustrating due to constant remodeling and the restrictions on bathroom access, greatly affecting employees like me.
The only available bathroom is locked, and the person controlling access has been rude and dismissive, making a difficult situation even worse.
It's unreasonable to have to ask for permission to use a restroom, especially from someone who clearly doesn’t respect workers like me.
The lack of access to basic facilities reflects poorly on the management of the store and safety and health regulations in the workplace.
