Being okay with accomplishing little things is better than accomplishing nothing. If I don't have a big workout in me, a 10-minute walk is better than nothing...My whole mindset and life has really changed with this.
Learning to become an active, engaged listener, as opposed to merely looking for an opportunity to talk about myself...You're respected more in meetings, your company gets sought out, and your friendships are more trustworthy.
Practicing gratitude...The more grateful you are, the more you realize how much good there is in the world and your life, and you'll become happier and more resilient.
