"Many are refusing to evacuate because they know too well that no place anywhere in Gaza is safe," said Lazzarini, emphasizing the devastating impact of the war on Palestinian families.
"Shelters + services are being forced to shut," warned Lazzarini, revealing that the United Nations agency is struggling to provide assistance as hunger deepens and basic supplies dwindle.
As the death toll in Gaza surpasses 42,000, the health ministry reports almost 98,000 injuries, illustrating the ongoing severity of the conflict's impact on civilians.
