A small crowd sat in rows of folding chairs at the main cemetery in Tehran to commemorate the Afghan soldiers killed in U.S. strikes in Syria.
To help President Bashar al-Assad of Syria, Iran recruited Afghan refugees offering them incentives, and the brigade now serves under the Quds Force.
