Since the ceasefire began on 10 October 2025, at least 405 Palestinians have been killed and 1,114 injured by continued Israeli strikes and military attacks. The ceasefire has been in effect for 75 days while killings, destruction, displacement and strict control over Palestinian life in Gaza persist. Gaza officials report 875 ceasefire violations and described an Israeli strike on a wedding that killed six and wounded others. Gaza health authorities reported children and infants dying from exposure to cold, wet winter conditions. The UN reported that food, shelter and essential medical supplies have been blocked since March, leaving millions exposed.
