Bridges Partners, working for the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, submitted invoices for an "Influencer Campaign" to Havas Media Group Germany. The invoices detailed $900,000 from June through November for 14–18 influencers to create content. After administrative and production costs through Sept. 16, an estimated $552,946 remained for influencer payments between June and September.
