He warned that agents can make mistakes or be hijacked by cybercriminals and urged comprehensive logging of actions — which agent opened which file, when it made changes, and to whom it sent information — to enable rapid identification and rectification after accidents. The People's Bank of China reinforced its ban on cryptocurrencies, outlawed most tokenization of real-world assets while heavily regulating permitted uses, and banned issuance of yuan-linked stablecoins, seeking to extend controls across borders.
