A man searching for his son's body noticed her fingers moving and she was revived after a two-week coma. Two of her sisters were killed on June 8, 2024, and other family members were injured; her eldest sister suffers blindness in one eye, burns, deep wounds and stomach problems. The attack has altered Raghad's mental health and personality. United Nations experts have described Israel's campaign in Gaza as genocide, and UN agencies report tens of thousands of child casualties.
