Lisa de-Laune, at 52, established Women In Wellness to support women in changing their mindset about middle age. After facing challenges like a hysterectomy, menopause, divorce, and endometriosis, she aimed to take control of her life. Her initiative includes monthly meetings focusing on issues such as menopause and endometriosis. De-Laune also launched Fifty Firsts Wellness, offering coaching and workshops. Her journey of trying 50 new things transformed her perspective on aging and inspired her to help others prioritize their wellbeing.
