Detective Constable Jas Brar emphasized the extreme scale of Manning-Egeonwon's offenses, noting, 'His actions were menacing and highly intrusive and caused extreme distress to the women he targeted.'
After being followed for five months, one of the victims alerted the police, leading to the discovery of over 100 videos of Manning-Egeonwon stalking various women.
The detective underscored the unacceptable nature of Manning-Egeonwon's behavior, stating, 'It is completely unacceptable that anyone should be afraid to leave their home for fear of harassment.'
