"We have some great pubs in our neighbourhood there. Every time we are there I try to have a glass of Guinness," the 58-year-old said.
"The ceremony around the way we cook in Ireland has absolutely affirmed my love for food and it has changed my expectations of what I want when I come home," she said.
"It really reminds us of an Irish kitchen, as typically women would be throwing things into a pot and pureeing. We eat that for a snack and we love it."
