Placing fruit into a keg will produce wine after 7 days, valued at 3x the fruit's base price. Wine quality doesn't change with the fruit quality, while vegetables create juice or specific items like pale ale in kegs.
The cellar upgrade allows casks to age wine –14 days for Silver, 28 for Gold, and 56 for Iridium. The wine becomes worth 25%, 50%, and 100% more, respectively. The artisan profession adds 40% value to wine.
