Well-Being Week in Law, observed from May 5 to May 9, was created by the Institute for Well-Being in Law to promote self-care in the legal profession. The ABA participates in this initiative to address mental health needs through various activities, including a live CLE webinar titled 'Still Excited to Practice? Moving Beyond Cynicism in Law Firm,' scheduled for May 9. The 2025 theme, 'The Social Rx: Boosting Well-Being with Connection,' encourages exploring physical, spiritual, intellectual, social, and emotional wellness.
The first week of May presents an opportunity for the legal profession to step back and prioritize self-care by celebrating Well-Being Week in Law.
The theme for 2025, 'The Social Rx: Boosting Well-Being with Connection,' promotes consideration of various aspects of personal well-being throughout the week.
