"It's so important that the materials we're choosing feel authentic for that time period," Joanna says.
"The main hit of color in the restaurant is the green on the furniture. So it just needs to make the right statement," she says.
"The vision for the library is a moodier space, tons of books, 20-foot ceilings, beautiful staircases," she says.
