Known as Make Designs, the AI tool by Figma allows users to describe an app they want to create in plain English, but it generated UI similar to Apple's Weather app.
Figma's CEO defended the AI tool, denying it was trained on Figma content, community files, or app designs, but accepted that the design system issue led to the similarity.
