The Vitals app contextualizes a set of metrics: heart rate, respiratory rate, wrist temperature, blood oxygen, and sleep duration. Rather than a single readiness score, it shows whether metrics are 'typical' or an 'outlier,' offering insights when certain metrics are out of range.
The Training Load feature compares your seven-day versus 28-day exercise levels, allowing you to assess if you're below, above, or steady in your activity. It provides a breakdown by overall activity and individual types, with automatic effort level settings post-workout.
