Alex Ovechkin netted his 800th goal on Tuesday, giving him a nice round number for his place on hockey's Mount Rushmore of scoring greats.With his next goal, Ovechkin will tie Gordie Howe for second on the all-time NHL scoring list; two more, and Ovi will only trail Wayne Gretzky's heretofore untouchable 894 career goals.
