This house, built around 1880 by James Manning, a judge, is known locally as the Bull Durham House, because it appeared in the 1988 movie. The sellers updated it, but took care to maintain original details, including pocket doors, plaster ceiling medallions and ornate mantels.
The red front door opens into a foyer with hardwood floors and a staircase to the upper levels. To the right is a sunny living room with a bay of street-facing windows and a decorative fireplace with a wood mantel.
