Currently, players of Dragon Age: Inquisition are having trouble importing their world states from the Dragon Age Keep, but BioWare is actively working on a fix.
EA_Shepard confirmed in a forum thread that they have reported the import issues, stating that while some players are able to use the Keep, not all can, making it an ongoing problem.
The community manager acknowledged that the message 'we are working on it' is getting old for frustrated players, revealing that plenty is happening behind the scenes at Dragon Age.
While some players can access the Keep without issues, the fact remains that many continue to struggle with importing their world states, indicating a persistent problem.
