Both Nintendo and Tropic Haze filed for a final judgement on Monday after Nintendo accused the Yuzu makers of copyright infringement, circumvention of Nintendo's Switch protections, and selling circumvention technologies through Yuzu.
Yuzu will have to stop operations entirely, cease distribution, and give up its domain name. The settlement is pending a judge's approval.
