Electronic Arts and DICE have introduced Battlefield Labs, a community test initiative designed to enhance the development of the next Battlefield game following the criticism faced by Battlefield 2042. Open to players in North America and Europe initially, the program will allow selected participants to play an early version and provide feedback to the developers. DICE emphasizes the importance of player input in shaping an authentic Battlefield experience while collaborating more closely with the community during this critical phase of game development. Battlefield Studios has also been established to oversee the future of the franchise across multiple development teams.
