"Well, real quick, I will say I've heard some stuff might be happening with Gears 6 this summer" Grubb said on Kinda Funny's Xcast show today.
However, Grubb clarified that plans could always change.
Gears 5 was released in 2019, and we haven't heard much about the next entry. Gears 6 is reportedly The Coalition's next game.
Former studio boss Rod Fergusson explained that he wrote the story synopsis for it, but also joked that The Coalition probably threw it out.
