Middle-earth Enterprises and Friends will become the AAA-focused company handling prominent IPs like The Lord of the Rings and Tomb Raider, with studios like Crystal Dynamics, 4A Games, and Warhorse Studios under its umbrella.
Asmodee Group will separate from Embracer to concentrate on tabletop gaming, with plans for a significant financing deal involving multiple institutions.
