You need to stab the Dragon with the Empowered Godsbane Blade, the unique weapon given to you by Ambrosius once you've collected enough Wyrmslife Crystals.
Before you go running off to unlock the true ending in Dragon's Dogma 2, you should first tackle most of the side objectives in the game world.
