Construction begins on Helldivers 2's new space station after players liberate the Arrowhead boss' hometown, but the next step requires "scientific breakthroughs"

The last Helldivers 2 Major Order saw players secure the orbit of a planet called Gaellivare as the base for the new Democracy Space Station.

The Democracy Space Station has entered the first of four construction phases. Its inspiring, grey-toned hull can already be seen in the orbit of Gaellivare.

Reaching the next stage of DSS development demands significant scientific breakthroughs, as the completed station will be far larger than a Super Destroyer.

Helldivers are mandated to clear and hold Turing to allow the Ministry of Science to develop new High-Efficiency Alcubiere Drives for transporting gigastructures.
