Take-Two Interactive confirms the next BioShock remains in development and is not canceled. CEO Strauss Zelnick pledged that the game will be released and emphasized a quality-over-quantity strategy for AAA titles. Bloomberg reported a partial overhaul of the BioShock project to improve key areas. Take-Two president Karl Slatoff said organizational changes have been made and the game is on a strong track to exceed consumer expectations. Changes followed layoffs at a partner studio, prompting management shifts including the exit of Kelley Gilmore and the arrival of Rod Fergusson. Take-Two also confirmed a GTA 6 delay to November 2026.
