Filming in London will occur next summer, but concerns linger about audience engagement since Marvel has struggled post-Endgame. Mackie noted uncertainty in casting beyond Robert Downey Jr.'s return as Doctor Doom. Despite anticipation for upcoming titles in the MCU, there are worries about a lack of overarching narrative direction and character development, potentially diminishing the excitement traditionally surrounding Marvel releases.

Mackie explained, "We shoot in London through the summer and then the following summer we shoot the next one [Avengers: Secret Wars]."
