Real estate investor sentiment rose 16% from the prior quarter, with 60% viewing the current housing market more favorably than last year, according to the Summer 2024 Investor Sentiment Survey by RCN Capital and CJ Patrick Co.
Rental property investors are slightly less positive than fix-and-flip investors due to fluctuating rental prices in many markets. 60% of surveyed investors see today's market as better or much better than last year, and 61% expect the market to continue improving.
