CoStar Group announced the appointment of Nana Banerjee to its board of directors. Banerjee brings over twenty years of experience leading global technology businesses, most recently serving as president and CEO of Pelmorex Corp., a climate data company known for The Weather Channel. His background includes senior roles at Cerberus Capital Management, McGraw-Hill, Verisk, Argus Information and Advisory Services, Citibank, and Comscore. The board sought a director with C-suite experience in data analytics to support CoStar's value-creation strategy. This appointment represents the second significant board restructuring within a year, following earlier changes in April 2025 when three new directors joined and Louise Sams became independent board chair.
