ArmorCode, a Palo Alto-based unified exposure management firm founded in 2020, secured $16 million in strategic funding led by Cheyenne Ventures with support from multiple investors. The company has now raised $81 million total. ArmorCode's agentic AI platform provides organizations with unified visibility across AI agents, MCP servers, and shadow AI applications, consolidating fragmented data from applications, cloud services, infrastructure, and AI systems into a single view. The funding will accelerate platform development, expand go-to-market efforts, and drive product innovation. The company plans to enhance AI Exposure Management capabilities, implement autonomous multi-step security workflows, expand MCP server support, and grow its customer success organization. Phil Venables joined the Board of Directors.
