Oscar Delgado, 38, allegedly approached two young girls playing at an Upper West Side migrant shelter, where he inappropriately touched them, leading to his arrest.
Delgado's alleged behavior included squeezing the buttocks of the 11-year-old sister and attempting to fondle her, while also inappropriately touching her younger sister.
The 11-year-old girl bravely reported the incident to their mother, who promptly called 911, leading to Delgado's immediate arrest at the shelter.
