Detectives are questioning a man connected to a brazen Central Park sex assault involving a sunbather last month. Criminal charges for the incident are still pending.
The perpetrator exposed himself to the sunbather and then tackled her when she screamed and tried to flee, according to NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell.
