Star Wars Outlaws review: the limits of an open-world adventure
Briefly

Over my first 15 hours with Star Wars Outlaws, I felt a mix of initial excitement and skepticism, but the repetitive gameplay soon doused my enthusiasm.
The game is visually gorgeous and set in a beloved franchise, yet its activities quickly feel monotonous, leaving only the main story as truly rewarding.
The first 10 hours introduce protagonist Kay Vess, her partner Nix, and the plot, culminating in a heist and their flight to new worlds.
While Star Wars Outlaws offers freedom to explore various planets, the gameplay ultimately lacks depth, reducing the overall engagement to just a few enjoyable missions.
