The reality is that the day-to-day work of Content Designers is often supportive, primarily driven by writing, rather than being typically strategic or design-centric.
While my career led me to appreciate broader aspects like content systems and strategy, the true impact was always seen in the microcopy that delighted users.
It became critical to distance myself from being labeled just a 'writer', emphasizing that my contributions significantly shaped the user's interaction with the product.
