To solve this, I created a way to document my design process right in Figma. This has been a game-changer, as it allows me to easily revisit why I made certain decisions.
I also take notes during conversations with my Product Owner and other stakeholders, which makes it simple to refer back to their feedback later.
Create a template that you can use for all your design tasks. I've made a simple timeline template that helps me record the process from requirement gathering to the final design.
